Handbag Dry Cleaning – The Leather Laundry
We received a Louis Vuitton leather handbag from a patron, who was eager on getting it fixed as soon as possible! It had several symptoms and we had solutions to offer for each and every one of them 🙂 Check out what we did!-
Symptom 1 :Â Due to having fallen into a swimming pool at a party a couple of days back, the handbag was soaking wet! Growth of mould and mildew was inevitable!
Treatment 1 : Our expert technicians dried up the bag and then applied an extensive 3 day anti-fungal treatment on the whole bag! Our colour matching experts also touched-up and spruced up all the plain leather parts of the bag with matching colour pigment! Check out the transformation below-
Symptom 2: The handle of the bag was broken!
Treatment 2: Our skilled stitchers stitched up the handles of the bag to perfection! Check out the transformation-
Symptom 3: The rivets holding up each side of the bag had come off and become dysfunctional! The bag had opened up on each side!
Treatment 3: Our skilled repair specialists were unable to punch the old rivet back! They however, skilfully punched in new rivets (matching with the old ones in size, shape & finish ) on each side of the bag to bring back the original look! Check out the transformation below!-
